Start from a template (dated from this week):

@workdays: mon-fri leave weekends out (or mon-sat, mon,wed,fri…) @workhours: 08:00-20:00 leave night hours out @schedule: working lengths count working time: 5d = 5 workdays
By default (@schedule: calendar) non-working time is only hidden from the chart; with working, a 4h task starting at 18:00 ends at 10:00 the next morning.

Backend after A 3w started 2026-11-09 real start Design 2026-11-02 1w started 2026-11-03 done 2026-11-12 real finish @reforecast: on later tasks move to follow the real times
A tracked task shows its estimate on top and the actual underneath (lighter where it's still projected), with how late or early it is.
Click a task to edit it: name, start (a date or after other tasks), length or end, progress, and actual start / finish (with Today buttons). Changes apply as you type; Ctrl+Z undoes them, and renaming a task updates the tasks that come after it.

New offers templates. Excel downloads a workbook with a Tasks table (real dates you can sort and filter) and a Chart sheet drawn in colored cells. Share copies a link that holds the whole chart: it never reaches the server, but anyone with the link can open it.
